We are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pinetics, a leading embedded electronics product design company. As a Senior Manual Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our embedded electronic products through meticulous manual testing processes.

Will be responsible for:

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
Execute manual test cases to identify defects, bugs, and issues in embedded electronics products.
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and design effective testing strategies.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and identify potential areas of concern.
Work closely with software developers to reproduce and debug issues reported during testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and skills needed in the job:

5 to 7 Years of Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer in the embedded electronics industry, with at least 2+ Years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, hardware/software interactions, and electronics testing methodologies.
Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing
methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
cross-functional team environment.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a
plus.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications are desirable.

Should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in E&TC or Computer Science, or a related field.

Sales Marketing Manager

We are looking for:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager for our outsourced electronic product development company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing our brand as a leader in the electronic product development industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients, nurture existing relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing savvy, and a deep understanding of the electronics industry.

Will be responsible for:

Sales:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for our outsourced electronic product development services.
Find sales opportunities and initiate first contact with leads through calls, emails, or other outreach methods.
Identifying and qualifying potential customers or leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and inbound inquiries.
Identify and target prospective clients, including electronics manufacturers, startups, and technology companies, through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the solution.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Marketing:

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to raise awareness of our brand, differentiate our offerings, and position us as a thought leader in electronic product development.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to effectively communicate our value proposition and showcase our expertise.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email campaigns, social media engagement, and online advertising, to drive inbound leads and enhance brand visibility.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, such as industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to engage with prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation, informing product development and marketing strategies.
Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements and skills needed in the job:

7+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, with at least 2 years in outsourced electronics product development.
Experience in US and European markets preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the electronics industry, with a focus on outsourced product development services.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analytics.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales target and marketing objectives.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company in sales and marketing activities.

Should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
The German Language is preferred.

Embedded Tech Lead

We are looking for:

A passionate, intelligent, smart engineer, having leadership qualities, with 7 to 10 years of experience, with good knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware design, firmware programming and operating systems.

Will be responsible for:

Firmware development as per the customer’s requirements.
Helping and handholding other firmware developers in the team.
Achieving quality goals of the deliverables of the team.
Reviewing the firmware code, test suites, and documentation made by other team members.
Tracking and monitoring daily tasks of the team.
Ensure the successful development and delivery of the product/requirement, balancing technical requirements, resource constraints, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Hands on experience in Project Planning and Scheduling, Resource allocation, Risk Management, communication, coordination with documentation and reporting.
Customer communication.

Should have the following skills and background:

7+ Years of experience in Embedded development.
Hands-on experience on firmware development with ARM core microcontrollers.
Proficient in C programming for micro-controllers.
Working experience on Embedded products, board bring-up activities, debug tools etc.
Must have project management experience.
Exposure to best coding practices and code review processes in C/C++.
Hands-on experience in communication technologies like SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, BLE, RF, GSM/4G, GPS, HTTP/HTTPs, and MQTT/MQTTs.
Working experience on hardware peripherals like ADC, DAC, Displays, Memory devices, SD card interfaces, IMUs like Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Magnetometer etc.
Hands on experience on Project Management tools like: MS Projects, MS Planner, OpenProject, SpiraTeam, etc.
Knowledge or experience in hardware design including discrete, microcontrollers, memory interfaces etc.

Great to have / added advantage:

Knowledge or experience with C++, ARM Assembly, RTOS like Free-RTOS,
Knowledge and experience with application development and BSP of Embedded Linux / Android.
Device driver development on Embedded Linux etc.

Should have the following qualifications:

Should be an engineering graduate from any electronics-based branch.
Good verbal and written communication in English
