Position: Marketing & Sales Executive (M/F)

We are looking for:

We’re looking for dynamic BBA freshers to join us as Marketing & Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a creative approach.

Should have the following responsibilities and background:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in converting them into customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and campaign execution.
• Maintain reports and records of marketing and sales activities.

• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts

• Strong organizational and presentation skills

We are looking for:

A passionate, intelligent, smart engineer, having leadership qualities, with 7 to 10 years of experience, with good knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware design, firmware programming and operating systems.

Will be responsible for:

• Firmware development as per the customer’s requirements.
• Helping and handholding other firmware developers in the team.
• Achieving quality goals of the deliverables of the team.
• Reviewing the firmware code, test suites, and documentation made by other team members.
• Tracking and monitoring daily tasks of the team.
• Ensure the successful development and delivery of the product/requirement, balancing technical requirements, resource constraints, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands on experience in Project Planning and Scheduling, Resource allocation, Risk Management, communication, coordination with documentation and reporting.
• Customer communication.

Should have the following skills and background:

• 7+ Years of experience in Embedded development.
• Hands-on experience on firmware development with ARM core microcontrollers.
• Proficient in C programming for micro-controllers.
• Working experience on Embedded products, board bring-up activities, debug tools etc.
• Must have project management experience.
• Exposure to best coding practices and code review processes in C/C++.
• Hands-on experience in communication technologies like SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, BLE, RF, GSM/4G, GPS, HTTP/HTTPs, and MQTT/MQTTs.
• Working experience on hardware peripherals like ADC, DAC, Displays, Memory devices, SD card interfaces, IMUs like Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Magnetometer etc.
• Hands on experience on Project Management tools like: MS Projects, MS Planner, OpenProject, SpiraTeam, etc.
• Knowledge or experience in hardware design including discrete, microcontrollers, memory interfaces etc.

Great to have / added advantage:

• Knowledge or experience with C++, ARM Assembly, RTOS like Free-RTOS,
• Knowledge and experience with application development and BSP of Embedded Linux / Android.
• Device driver development on Embedded Linux etc. 

Should have the following qualifications:

• Should be an engineering graduate from any electronics-based branch.
• Good verbal and written communication in English

Will be responsible for:

• Debugging and quality adherence
• Peer review of a colleague’s firmware module
• Documentation
• Following the timelines

Requirements and skills needed in the job:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in firmware development.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in C programming with any microcontrollers, ARM core preferred.
• Working experience on Embedded products, board bring-up activities, debug tools etc.
• Hands-on experience in interfacing of common peripherals like GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, DAC, Timers, Displays, Memory devices, etc.
• Conversant with interrupts and ISRs.
• Knowledge or experience in hardware design including discrete, microcontrollers, memory interfaces etc.

Great to have / added advantage:

• Knowledge or experience with C++, ARM Assembly, RTOS, Embedded Linux, networking protocols, etc.

We are looking for:

A passionate, intelligent, smart Engineers and future leaders, 2 to 4 years experience with good knowledge of schematic design, PCB Layout for Embedded products using Altium, including discrete, power and microcontroller-based designs.

Responsibilities

• Work with development team for schematic design as per product requirements.
• Design and develop schematic using Altium.
• Create component and footprint libraries for new components in Altium.
• Design PCB layout using Altium, considering EMI/EMC requirements, enclosure requirements etc.
• Make 3D models to visualize PCB component placement and enclosure fitment.
• Generate Gerber files for manufacturing.
• Co-ordinate with PCB manufacturers for ordering, queries, and delivery.
• Component procurement for prototypes.
• Co-ordinate with prototype PCB assembly team.

Requirements and skills:

• Expertise in Schematic and PCB design using Altium.
• Working experience in high-speed PCB design using Altium.
• Working experience in Multilayer PCB design using Altium.
• Working experience in PCB design for 32-bit microcontroller-based designs.
• Working experience in PCB design for different types of memory interfaces like Flash, eMMC, SDRAM, DDR2/3/4.
• Working experience in PCB design for various on-board communication interfaces like SPI, I2C and external interfaces like USB, Ethernet etc.
• Working experience in PCB design for wireless communication technologies like BLE, Wi-Fi, RF, LoRa etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile / Scrum development environment.
• Experience in medical device will be added advantage.

Qualifications

• Should be an Engineering graduate from any Electronics based branch or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience – 2 to 4 years experience.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Experience: 5 to 7 years.
We are looking For:

Responsibilities

• Work with development team and product managers to define product hardware architecture.
• Embedded product hardware design as per product requirements.
• Power supply, analog, digital, microcontroller, communication interfaces design.
• Component selection.
• Design and develop schematic using Altium.
• Design PCB layout using Altium, considering EMI/EMC requirements, enclosure requirements etc.
• Generate Gerber files for manufacturing.
• Co-ordinate with PCB manufacturers for ordering, queries, and delivery.
• Component procurement for prototypes.
• Co-ordinate with prototype PCB assembly team.
• Board bring-up, debug, and problem solving.
• Co-ordinate with Firmware development team.
• Co-ordinate with QA team.

Requirements and skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in hardware development.
• Expertise in PCB design tool Altium
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in EMI/EMC compliance
• Working experience on 32-bit microcontroller-based design.
• Working experience on different types of memory interfaces like Flash, eMMC, SDRAM, DDR2/3/4.
• Working experience on various on-board communication interfaces like SPI, I2C and external interfaces like USB, Ethernet etc.
• Working experience on wireless communication technologies like BLE, Wi-Fi, RF, LoRa etc.
